One word that best describes me is impactful. All my major career decisions have been based on how much impact I can make. As a school teacher and assistant head teacher, I always worked in the most deprived areas in order to contribute to improving social mobility. Now, running the Financial Academy, I believe good financial education can really help to close the poverty gap that exists in society.
