Over the years, I have come to realise that you can never be totally prepared for what life throws at you. However, being able to meet these challenges with
patience and calmness can do much to alleviate what may seem, at the time, to be overwhelming. Experience has afforded me the strength and determination to carry on and realise that life is too short to waste time worrying about those things that are beyond our control.
