I believe life is what we make it and that every cloud has a silver lining, even the tough times teach us something about ourselves. For me being optimistic is not about denying negative emotions, it’s about embracing fully this human experience, with all it’s up’s and downs. Understanding that we all struggle at times, and choosing to recognise the best that is in us,  while celebrating our uniqueness.
