My USP is my high energy. It spills out most visibly in my smile which is almost ever-present. It is my fire, guiding me in my life and allowing me to live my truth. And more

and more, like fire, I see how I can harness it for the benefit of others and believe it’s key to me growing as a compassionate leader. For it enables me to lead the way, shining brightly even in difficult times, provides comforting warmth for others and can be the fuel to inspire change.

 

Recognising how powerful and precious it is means I take steps to protect my energy and keep it alight so that I’m fired up and can fire up others.
